Registration Policies
DO NOT FORWARD this payment link. Each attendee's registration must be approved before payment can be accepted. Please send any interested parties to the medicaidhorizons.org website where they can fill out the Registration inquiry form or have them email contact@medicaidhorizons.org.
Registration & Subsitution
Conference registrations are non-refundable. If a registered attendee is unable to attend, a substitute attendee from the same organization may attend in their place at no additional charge. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to contact@medicaidhorizons.org prior to the start of the conference and must include the substitute attendee’s name, title, organization, and email address. Substitutions are subject to approval to ensure alignment with conference attendance guidelines.
Program Changes
The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Event Cancellation
If the Medicaid Horizons Conference is canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee. The conference is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or lodging expenses.
Payment by Check
The payment link below allows you to complete registration using a credit card, U.S. bank account, or Google Pay.
If payment by check is required, please email the following information to contact@medicaidhorizons.org
so that we can issue an invoice and reserve your seat:
• Attendee name
• Title and organization
• Email address
• Billing contact (if different from attendee)
• Billing address
• Number of registrations requested (if more than one, please include the name and email address of the additional attendee)
Once we receive this information, we will provide an invoice and instructions for submitting payment by check. Please note that registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. Check payments must be received within 10 business days to hold the registration.
