About Alexi

Alexi Murphy, PharmD, is the Assistant Administrator for Pharmacy Services at North Dakota Medicaid, a role she has held for more than a decade. She provides strategic and operational leadership across the pharmacy program, with expertise in supplemental rebates, preferred drug list management, policy development, utilization management, and data-driven program oversight. She currently oversees both the utilization management and rebate areas within the pharmacy program.

Before joining North Dakota Medicaid, Alexi worked at Sanford Health as a pharmacy informatics analyst supporting multiple Epic go‑lives, with a focus on oncology module and order set development. She also practiced as a hospital pharmacist specializing in oncology and discharge counseling. Alexi earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from North Dakota State University.
