About Bethany

Bethany Holderread earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma and is licensed as a pharmacist in five states. She currently serves as an Associate Director at IPD Analytics, where she specializes in therapeutic category clinical pharmacy content, pipeline analysis, and formulary resources.

Prior to IPD, Bethany was a Senior Principal Pharmacy Consultant in Mercer’s Government Human Services Consulting group, supporting Medicaid clients with pharmacy benefit management. She also served as Clinical Coordinator of the Oklahoma Medicaid pharmacy program, where she helped oversee pharmacy benefits for SoonerCare members and supported compliance with federal drug utilization review requirements.

Her experience includes pharmacy benefit design, Medicaid policy development, data analytics, clinical rebate support, and value-based purchasing arrangements. Bethany is a recipient of the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy Outstanding Young Alumni Award and is an active member of AMCP, serving on its Educational Affairs Committee.
