About Cynthia

Dr. Neuhofel earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1993, as a member of the inaugural Pharm.D. class. She currently serves as Pharmacy Director and Assistant Director in the Division of Medical Services, Arkansas Department of Human Services.

In 2025, she received the Arkansas State Employee Award as Division of Medical Services Employee of the Year. She is a member of the 2026 AMPAA Program Committee.

Her professional experience spans retail pharmacy, retail management, pharmaceutical sales, and Medicaid.
