About Tara

Tara Queen is an accomplished pharmacist and regulatory compliance leader with almost 30 years of experience bridging clinical excellence with Health Systems Law. An Auburn University pharmacy alumna with a Master of Studies in Law from the Joseph F. Rice School of Law at the University of South Carolina, Tara specializes in the complexities of Medicaid pharmacy operations, PBM compliance, and the prevention of healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse.

Throughout her career—from managing multi-site pharmacies to spearheading state audit oversight—she has remained dedicated to the belief that operational integrity is the truest form of patient advocacy.

A proud wife and mother of two daughters, Tara is a dedicated "lifelong learner." When not working, she can be found cheering at Auburn sporting events, reading, and traveling. She is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her first grandchild this summer.
